Working closely together with the UI team, I established the user flows and UX while they then developed the new UI and the prototype.

IBM Watson expands the possibilities for organic discovery of the national collection through AI-powered heritage insights, unleashing new narrative threads
Each favourited
artwork feeds the VisitorDB with additional data points, which in turn enables IBM Watson to further tailor the experience for each visitor.
The Heritage
Insights encourage further discovery & exploration around individual lines of interest, by leveraging traditional data associations from the Collection, as well as AI connections & the power of aggregated user
data.
