A national garden and premier horticultural attraction for local and international visitors, Gardens by the Bay is a showpiece of horticulture and garden artistry that presents the plant kingdom in a whole new way, entertaining while educating visitors with plants ranging from species in cool, temperate climates to tropical forests and habitats.

Having specific homepage sections dedicated on the top viewed content (eg. Attractions, Events, Promotions or Plan Your Visit), making it more convenient for Users to access the information they are looking for

GOAL

How to address the Attractions Page that had high page views but low conversions

OUTCOME
  • Optimized the Attraction pages to make content structure clearer and easier to digest

  • Helped visitors (locals and non-locals alike) plan their Gardens by the Bay visit seamlessly by providing nearby recommendations, visual itineraries and related offers & promotions

  • Added visitor reviews on the website to assure visitors that GBB is a must visit place in Singapore
